ePoster Instructions
We kindly ask all authors of abstracts accepted for ePoster presentation to submit their ePoster by sending them to the e-mail address: ifsoec2024_eposter@guarant.cz at your earliest convenience but no later than 15 April, 2024.
ePosters will be presented on touchouble LCD panels at the Congress venue. ePosters will be displayed throughout the Congress and available for all participants.

We ask all presenting authors of ePosters to be present at the LCD Screen in Exhibition Area at the time of their presentation.
Each presenting author have:
- 3 minutes for presenting his/ her ePoster
- 1 min for discussion.

How to submit an ePoster
Please submit the ePoster by sending it in PPTX/ PDF to the e-mail address: ifsoec2024_eposter@guarant.cz at your earliest convenience but no later than 15 April, 2024.
Technical Instruction and Preparation of the ePoster
- Use the TEMPLATE for preparing your E-POSTER (MS PowerPoint application is used for implementation of the ePoster)
- Maximally 1 slide per ePoster are allowed as the ePoster shall be self-explaining
- It is possible to change the styling, set-up and the colour of the background, however the format (62,257 cm x 110,693 cm) must be kept as it is set in the TEMPLATE
- Screen size is 62,257 cm x 110,693 cm (width x height). ePoster has to be compliant with this size - width of the document is adjusted to the screen width (it is a must to setup width of the document to 62,257 cm), height of the document is arbitrary, ePoster is scrollable, however we recommend the height 110,693 cm
- Recommended minimum font size is 24 points
- Zoom function is implemented, therefore any detail like image or graph can be zoomed in.
- In case of use of photographs, the author must have an approval from the patient(s)
- The information provided is a full responsibility of the author
